They used the autopen to sign laws and pardons for an incompetent person. It was, and still is, ELDERLY ABUSE by Democrats. Worst of all, they allowed a previous Vice President, and sitting President, off for a disease he didn’t have when he committed TREASON.

Absolutely the DOJ needs to go after him now, and his family, and everyone involved. This should be the same vigor that they showed when they went after Trump or the J6’ers, except they should follow the Constitution and rule of law this time.

Biden’s impaired mental state was in evidence in his early 2020 campaign and COVID was a convenient reason to hide him from the public least his feebleness become more evident. With the release of the Hur interview tapes it is obvious Biden was not mentally competent in 2023 if not before. Now with the revelation of his current advanced prostrate cancer, it is likely that cancer was diagnosed early during his tenure in the White House and was also hidden from the public. Any notion of Biden running for a second term was ludicrous, but no one in the White House or Democrat leaders stopped him until the debate disaster.

The big question no one seems to ask is who was running the country when it is obvious that Biden for likely all four years in the White House was not in charge.

Back when Hillary went all rigid and got tossed into the campaign's limo-van after the 9/11 memorial, there were a number of political cartoons that showed her incapacitated in a hospital bed, clearly unconscious or incoherent, surrounded by her staff who continued acting as though she totally normal and conducting the daily activities of the presidency.
