Just because he was demented doesn’t mean he should have been prosecuted. They used his obvious dementia as an ‘excuse’ and then told everyone he was fit for service. They used the autopen to sign laws and pardons for an incompetent person. It was, and still is, ELDERLY ABUSE by Democrats. Worst of all, they allowed a previous Vice President, and sitting President, off for a disease he didn’t have when he committed TREASON.
Absolutely the DOJ needs to go after him now, and his family, and everyone involved. This should be the same vigor that they showed when they went after Trump or the J6’ers, except they should follow the Constitution and rule of law this time.
He can’t stand trial for illegal possession of classified documents going back to his vice presidency, but he’s fit to issue pardons, EOs and control the nuclear football as president.
We have an assessment by a sympathetic prosecutor that he had cognitive impairment. We have a suspicious “new” cancer diagnosis that’s already metastasized, cognitive impairments, visits by Parkinson’s specialist.
Then there’s the influence peddling by China via Hunter Biden.
Congress absolutely has to get to the bottom of this. The national security implications are enormous.

Agree but it simply won’t happen. The more this administration talks about the scandal the less likely it is they will do anything. Despite all the proclamations about Draining the Swamp there just doesn’t seem to be much appetite for true accountability.
