The US Supreme Court on Monday vacated Judge Boasberg’s orders barring the Trump Administration’s removals of Venezuelan gang members under the Alien Enemies Act.
The high court said Boasberg did not have jurisdiction.

Boasberg and the circuit court of appeals denied the DOJ's request for time to negotiate the dude's release. Roberts only gave DOJ the time. His ruling translates from legalese as "Don't Be Silly Here."

Doesn’t seem like such a huge win if the Supremes claim there has to be due process for expelling invaders under the AEA.
Not only does that seem fundamentally wrong, but it also seems to go beyond the narrow ruling that they’re always preening about.
Ok that’s great, but there should be punishment for a judge operating outside his jurisdiction! You don’t get out of a speeding ticket because you claim ignorance of the law!

The Supreme Court however, said the Administration must give reasonable notice for gang members to challenge their deportations in court.
Five Supreme court Justices, Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Thomas and Alito were in favor of vacating Boasberg’s orders.
The three liberal justices Kagan, Jackson and Sotomayor dissented – ‘conservative’ justice Amy Coney Barret dissented in part.
“Not subject to judicial review.” Seems plain on its face to me. P.S. That may not be the exact wording but it is dang close.

His ‘order’ was never bound to stand up anyway. There’s no way one partisan judge or any other lone judge could ever be in charge of the entire nation’s national security. No way!

This was blatantly bad judge shopping, and the court said so.
President Trump should issue an Executive Order commanding all federal employees to IGNORE any court order not issued by the Supreme Court. Get the battle started on his own terms, location and time.
