Ali can be censured by SCOTUS on ethical grounds. Roberts can issue an order of censure under the Judicial Canon of Ethics concerning his conduct. That would help impeach him.

I've seen too many judges make decisions by embellishing or making up facts, ignoring the law, and then writing "not precedential" on their opinion. When they do that, the appellate courts are less likely to reverse them. Our judges get away with quite a lot, and remember you are a pion with "no standing" to question them.

They are not going to censure, impeach, or remove judges for making a decision. The most you might get is removing a judge from a specific case, and that’s extremely rare.

Ali swore to uphold and defend the Constitution as an oath of his office. He has violated that oath.

He and all like him need to moderate their radical judicial
activism. In 1776 British Judges who enforced the fiats of King George were packed up, with their possessions and sent to Boston for transport back to Great Britain, along with their families.

Agree. I don’t like Judge Amir Ali, but removing a judge is not as easy as they think. It’s possible to use some impeachment evidence in a political context, but don’t count on 67 senators in this impeachment effort.
