Inflation grew 15-18% per year during the Carter presidency.

Or don't mind only being able to turn up the heat up 60 degrees during the coldest part of the winter.

If you are OK with all of those things - and more - then Carter is your man...

There is a good reason Reagan won in a massive landslide in 1980 over Carter - that election was a repudiation and rejection of Carter's policies. Ditto for the recent 2024 election. Biden deserves a 0 as well.
