Sorry, the president can not even try to dissolve The Supreme Court. That would be an impeachable offense. FDR would have loved to do this, so would others. A president isn’t a King.

The supreme court is a separate, constitutional branch of government. It CANNOT be dissolved by a president... or a congress for that matter. A new amendment could do it. New legislation could reshape it, but even then already appointed justices would have to serve in some capacity, I’d think.
