It was my first time voting in a presidential election, and, while only twenty-one years old, I was already disenchanted with the state of partisan politics in America. Entering the voting booth I had no idea for whom I was going to cast my vote, but I was thrilled at the opportunity to exercise my newfound citizenship privilege. I scanned the seven names listed and stopped at the Communist Party candidate, Gus Hall. I was vaguely familiar with the name but knew nothing about him. I pulled the lever on my protest vote and became one of the 58,709 Americans who voted for Gus Hall that year.
That’s former CIA boss John Brennan in Undaunted: My Fight Against America’s Enemies at Home and Abroad. The names he scanned included Libertarian Roger MacBride, former Democrat and independent Eugene McCarthy, Ben Bubar of the Prohibition Party, Socialist Party USA candidate Frank Zeidler, and Lester Maddox of the American Independent Party. Any one would have qualified as a “protest vote” but Brennan picked Gus Hall of the Communist Party USA, a wholly owned subsidiary of the USSR. The contention that Brennan, a political science major at Fordham, “knew nothing” about Hall is a stretch.

His company was the one that accessed Obama’s passport files and stole the records in 2008. He too McCain’s and someone else’s also as cover to make it look like someone wanted all of them.

And he’s a Muslim. Evidently he converted when he was CIA station chief in a Middle Eastern nation. There’s a scene in the movie version of the Mogadishu incident (was it “Blackhawk Down”?) in which an aide rushes in to tell the station chief about the unfolding mayhem. He has to pretend not to notice that he’s caught Brennan on his knees praying toward Mecca.
Anyone dumb enough and gullible enough to convert to islam ... well. I was taken with the religion for about as week or two when I first visited Saudi Arabia. The infatuation honeymoon very quickly ended. And I think anyone considering conversion to the moon-god cult should spend a couple of months in SA before making the commitment.
BTW, you may convert and later change your mind and think it’s no big deaL, But the muzzle powers-that-be won’t see it that way. Apostasy is a capital crime under sharia. Wonder if Brennan follows that?!

That’s what blows my mind. Back when we had a REAL ENEMY, this bunch (Cold War Leftists) couldn’t imagine that to he the case. Now we have an IMAGINARY ENEMY* (Russia), and this same bunch (now Neocons and some here) are convinced that they’re one country from TAKING OVER THE WORLD.
*Imaginary Enemy until the Neocons turned them into a what may become a real enemy.
Yet there is no fatwa on Barack Obama from any Muslin cleric anywehere in the world. There's nary a peep about it from anybody. Why not? What do they know that we don't?

Trump pulled his security clearance when he was Predident. However, the government workers in charge of doing this intentionally did not but did not inform Trump that they did not revoke his clearance so he continues to hold the clearance.
You may be right. But one of those films definitely had a scene where an aide rushed into the CIA station chief’s office only to find him kneeling on a prayer rug. It wasn’t until years later I learned that that was meant to be Brennan.
Obviously, that is involved, but to my mind it is an insufficient explanation. The death penalty is so automatic they should be explaining why it has not been invoked to keep their minions from acting on it.
