The pressure is mounting on Kamala Harris, as her campaign appears to be in full-blown panic mode ahead of the upcoming debate.
According to a recent report from Fox News, Harris’s team has resorted to extreme measures to prepare their candidate, even going so far as to seclude her in a Pittsburgh hotel room with a stage setup and a Trump impersonator to simulate the debate environment.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Harris is demanding a seated format and permission to use a “cheat-sheet” during the live debate—an unprecedented move that Trump’s campaign has swiftly condemned.
This, they argue, is yet another example of Harris’s reluctance to face tough questions and her inability to handle the pressure of live debates.
“With regard to the debate, I think that the Harris campaign is looking for an escape hatch, is looking for a way to get out of this debate. To be clear, these are the rules that the Democrats wrote. These are the rules we had in place with the CNN debate. Everyone had agreed to the rules at least informally with ABC,” Trump senior advisor Jason Miller said on FOX News.
“Here’s what I think happened, I think the Harris folks started going into debate prep, and now they realize what they are working with. They realize they are in real trouble with Kamala Harris. They also know that President Trump is the greatest debater in modern political history. So I think they are nervous and want a way out,” Miller continued.
However, ABC News rejected Kamala’s request.

She probably has the questions as did Hillary. Hillary pulled it off. Kamala will not. She is strictly a rehearsed sound bite or teleprompter reader. She can not think on her feet.

Bingo! But I do have to say that I myself would be terrified to debate Trump. He is such a monster of a figure that even world leaders shake in their boots of this man. They are afraid of him I would be scared to death to debate him …he would eat me alive!

Ha! Democrats are proven liars and cheats. You can be damn sure she has some audience tested sound bites that she has been memorizing for a week. You can also be sure she already has the questions given her in advance. The REAL test will be if she has any winning responses to something Trump says. She probably has some tested sound bites for typical Trump statements.
Lowering expectations is a frequent Dem strategy. I think Kamala has spent weeks memorizing a few pithy lines that she will use regardless of what the questions are. As to the questions, I expect them to be for Trump.:(After a very slanted recitation of his so-called crimes)…. How does it feel to be the first convicted felon running for president.? For Kamala: how does it feel to be the first woman of color running for president? Trump will probably get a few… Do you disavow…… Questions also.
ABC does not intend to ask him questions that give him time to explain his policies. They plan to give speeches to remind America of Trump’s worst qualities and accusations against him.
Hopefully she’ll overprepare and dump onstage. It is a mistake to assume she’ll meltdown. Doesn’t matter if she doesn’t make sense. She’ll be insulting to Trump - playing to her base. Will that go over well? Will Trump get pissed? If he asks her a question, does anyone really think she’ll try to answer it, or won’t be rescued by the moderators?
My guess is the debate will be mostly a nothing burger. She’ll have some prepared lines for the major media to repeat and the media will tell everyone she did great and Trump sucked.
She will NOT discuss policy. She can’t. But no one on her side cares.

They are doing their best to make her the “underdog” so that all she has to do is show up. But it won’t work just as it didn’t for Biden. Because she won’t be able to fake it like she did with Willie Brown
