I’ve seen better Bigfoot photos. I thought he assembled the rifle while on the roof. The rifle was in the backpack.

If true (you never know these days) it's yet another example of how an unauthorized person was able to walk unchallenged in an area that should have been cordoned off and guarded.
The question is not how did he do it, or why, it's how did SS allow it to happen?
He had no apparent fear of discovery, who told him he would be able to walk there undisturbed.

Hard to tell since it’s about the same quality as the alien autopsy.
But it does look like the person in the photo is wearing long pants, and I thought Crooks was wearing short-pants, albeit long short-pants.
