Former Republican House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign could be derailed if she picks Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as her running mate.
During an appearance on “The Ingraham Angle” with Fox News host Laura Ingraham, Gingrich discussed the potential running mate picks floated for Harris and highlighted the issues of choosing Shapiro.

I don’t know how that would help her in Pennsylvania. The Republican Senate candidate, Dave McCormick, is running ads on X showing Kamala advocating “mandatory” gun buybacks and an end to fracking and fossil fuels. That won’t fly in Pennsylvania. Bob Casey, McCormick’s brain-dead robot Dem opponent, is in the ad endorsing Kamala. McCormick’s ad is being seen as the perfect approach to defeating Kamala and any other Dem candidate who has endorsed her.
Shapiro, if he knows what’s good for him, wouldn’t touch Kamala with a ten-foot pole. Of course, he’s already endorsed her which shows he’s the typical craven Democrat who’s desperate to get national attention, principles be damned. And if he’s willing to yoke himself to a leftwing Democrat who’s throwing Israel under the bus, he has no principles to begin with.
Typical Republican wanting to alert the democrats to errors in their strategy to destroy the country.
So if the democrats take his advice and win, he can say, “Look at how brilliant I am.”
I think Joe, back when he had more than a single functional brain cell, had made Obama an offer he couldn't refuse. He was royally pissed that the Kenyan got the 2012 nod and not him. Knowing all of the skeleton closets in DC, Biden told Obama to pick him as his Veep, or he'd disclose all of Barry's homosexual liasons (he probably also knew about his "wife" Mike). Nowadays, our culture has degraded to the point where that wouldn't make much of a hit, but back 12 years ago, it would have torpedoed Bronco Bama's chances.

When the honeymoon polls are over and Harris fares worse than Biden, the dems will panic and swap in a middle aged white guy as their last hope. I think it may be Kelly.

If she does pick Shapiro it will hurt her with Muslim votes which is why she will not pick him.

Shapiro wants the presidency, no doubt, but I think he’s too smart to sign up to be this losers VP and wind up tainted with that going forward.

I’m voting my grocery, gas and utility bill
- and the fact that my own city and state are being destroyed by illegal invaders (Urgent Care near me closed, when I took my daughter for a clearance for school it was PACKED with what looked like invaders, a month later, closed) - all of which the Democrats are encouraging.
Why would I vote for a party that aids and abets invaders, millions of them, and then forces me to pay for their education, housing, medical care and food - for life.
