I watch plenty of videos on You Tube about malicious compliance, entitled people getting their due, and Karens getting karmic justice. One of their voice emulators on a few videos sounds allot like Rush Limbaugh.

I had my son run the same test and it also said it was 2% likely to be AI-generated by them. I asked my son what that meant. He said either something has changed with the recording that was submitted for evaluation, something changed with the AI site, or the guy posting on X was lying.
So who knows.
First we did it with the first minute of the clip from the CNN video and it said 2% and then we found the exact segment that the guy on X used and ran it.
I had the same questions that you had, which is why I had my son run it. I’m not sure how the guy on X could have faked it. And I’m not sure how the AI site could fake their results. To find out I suppose a person would have to do the same test on a sample known to have been generated by them, and see if it detects that it was done by them. Maybe I could have my son try that.
I had my son do the same thing only using audio-copying resources on my computer and got the same results.
I asked my son if he could find a clip that we know was generated by Eleven Labs and test it the same way, to see if it would detect it as one of their own. Maybe they turned off the test function so that it would always say it was not theirs because they saw this guy’s video.
He’s working on it; I’ll update if/when he’s able to do that.
It seemed like the guy on x showed that the video he uploaded was the one of Joe though, so I don’t know how he could have faked his result. Then again, I’m not very computer savvy; maybe somebody could point out how he could have done it.
OK. So my son tested the following two known-to-be-AI-and-said-to-be-Eleven videos and the site test said the likelihood that it was done by them was the following percentages.

Since you’ve got the technique figured out as to how to do this, could you run the test on the same videos my son did, to verify his results? He asked whether I wanted him to upload the videos so others could test but I thought it would be better if somebody else did it from scratch so there’s no question about whether anything was done to alter the files.
It seems like there is a time period - between the time of this post and the time that Joachim ran his test - when somebody let this AI company know they needed to change something on their website. If that is the case this is bad, bad, bad and Congress should subpoena the communications to see who did this AI generation.
I was not trying to insult you. I was just point out that in this day in age we never know friend or foe on posting sights.
I would not be surprised it he software generates a percentage via a random number generator. Just because almost everything is a con these days.
