Russia’s Su-57 Stealth Fighter Is Now A Giant Disappointment
National Security Journal ^ | 7/21/2024 | Brent M. Eastwood

Russia’s Su-57 Felon Next-generation Fighter Has Its Wings Clipped: It hasn’t been a good summer for the Russian Air Force, and now the Ukrainians are adding insult to injury. One of Russia’s most vaunted warbirds – the Sukhoi Su-57 Felon – was destroyed by a Ukrainian drone strike in June. The resilient and intrepid Ukrainians have raised the stakes in the war against Russia by using drones in deep attack mode. The destruction of the single-seat twin-engine Su-57 Felon must have created another headache for air force leaders in Moscow because it is one of the jewels in the Russian crown.

If the Russians actually have any… There weren’t very many of them and I suspect they do not have the capability of building more given that they are dealing with sanctions from the west.

I hate Russia, and I hate Ukraine.

I cannot stand the constant propaganda.

I too hate the constant propaganda. What the constant lies and propaganda from the DC deep state, DNC, and never-Trump RINOs has taught me - not to hate Russia, and not to love Ukraine.

In fact, the USA should apologize to both, on behalf of DC's cabal of filthy neocons, who pushed both sides into war.

I hate our US politicians more than Russia or Ukraine. The politicians have BORROWED $200,000,000,000 to protect borders of most corrupt country in Europe, Ukraine. The national debt has grown by $200 Billion. Since federal budget is in chronic deficits by Trillions every year, guess who will bear the debt burden? That is right, our children and grand children.

The real bad news is those same politicians will not spend just a few Billions to protect our own borders.

“debt burden”

Biden-style inflation can slash the real burden of debt by 30% to 50% with every application.

The people with dollar-denominated savings and pensions are the ones paying the higher prices with every trip to Walmart or Home Depot.

Many houses cost over 50 times more than they did in the 1950s.

Houses cost about seven to ten times as much as when off to college.

My Democratic neighbors with over $100,000/year in indexed government pension income have lost about $10,000/year in buying power because of Biden and his accomplices.

This journal is “student edited”.... Woke. They use “disappointing” in many of their articles.

From the last paragraph of the article... The Su-57 could be overrated.

The guy knows nothing about the SU-57 according to the article. What a waste of propoganda use.

You should despise the globalist forces behind the proxy war in Ukraine FAR more than either.

Lindsey Graham and politicians like him are far more of a danger to this country than Russia.

Pre ww2 older generation escaped the commies in the east during the glorious red revolution commie invasion. My very young grandfather, at the time, escaped the commies, made it to Italy, and got a boat to America.. He joined the US Navy when he was old enough. He was wounded during the attack on Pearl Harbor and served the rest of the war as a Corpsman on the USS Solace.

The ones who stayed were near the Ukraine border and survived the Ukrainian genocide against the Poles. After the war, They, along with countless others who survived the Nazis, Ukrainians, and the Soviets, made it to Hoboken NJ and Chicago where extended family still lives. I only know a few of that generation as my grandfather’s side all moved to California and his relatives stayed on the east coast.

So, like I said, no love for either.

I offer a compromise: I agree to hate all three entities.

So did a lot of pro-Russian accounts. There are accounts that haven't posted in years that ramped up their posting shortly before and soon after Russia invaded, on both sides of the issue.

People join FR when big events happen. It is business as usual here.

What’s also interesting is that the camp I’ve been working from is staffed with Ukrainians here in Alberta. Every single one I’ve talked to has said they blame zelensky (ie the west). I’m over a hundred now between that camp and others I run into in town. 100% say the same thing. Not one varying opinion on that.

Interesting.

--- "Your link doesn't work."

Here are some links which will work and some information about them.

Whois query for nationalsecurityjournal.org

This website domain was registered less than one month ago.

Domain: nationalsecurityjournal.org
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On: 2024-06-21
Registrant Contact Organization: National Security Group INC
State: Delaware
Country: US

The registrant states of itself: "The National Security Group, Inc. was founded in Elba, AL in 1947. NSG is a family of companies committed to preserving the financial security of individuals and families by providing a diversified line of insurance products and services."

The National Security Group

The National Security Journal states at the bottom of the article's page: "Copyright © 2024 National Security Journal Corp. "

At the bottom of the page next to its logo, the "owners"

National Security Journal Inc.
800 N King Street Suite 304
Wilmington, DE 19801

The same address and suite number is found for CTE Wind USA ( a Denver-based company, but this site is at "800 N King Street, Suite 304" -- https://www.cte-wind.com/us/contact-us-2/ .

The same address and suite number is found for Hirewise Inc. dba Adeva -- https://adevait.com/contact .

The same address and suite number is found for MZ Investment Group -- https://mzinvestmentgroup.com/contact-us/ .

Also Cloud Quest LLC ( Cloud Quest LLC ), Bravos Power ( https://www.bravospower.com/ ), Bullion.com ( https://www.bullion.com/contact-us ), Aditi ( https://aditicorp.com/contact-us/ ), and more. Why?

Because "nationalsecurityjournal.org" is using a virtual office and mailing address. The company providing that is also at the same address: iPostal1 ( https://ipostal1.com/delaware-virtual-address.php ).

Everything is not as it seems, and this National Security Group INC web page posted at the top of this thread is not a major news source, being less than one month old.

Interesting, perhaps....

You missed my main point, which was we have spent MORE THAN 100 TIMES to protect corrupt Ukraine’s border than our own border. You had no comment on that point.

I bought my first new house in 1970. Last new house I bought was in 2019. There is simply no comparison between amenities present in 1970 houses compared to houses of today. That difference must be factored in to compare truthful change in prices.

I'm sure the Russians are only 'disappointed' at loosing an expensive aircraft.

I think you meant "losing".

Russia is a joke. Why can't Europe deter these guys? Oh, I get it, they don't spend a lot on defense but a lot on their welfare states. Ok...

They are Master Blaster. They've been putting the big dumb guy across the pond in action every time they need him to do Britain's dirty work.

I agree. It might be interesting to see how the SU-57 does once it gets off the ground.

I suspect better than an Su 27, but F-15? F-22? F-35? Probably some where in that equation.

It should not be underestimated since such a large part of our military doctrine requires air superiority.
