The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.
Judge Merchan is allowing the jurors to choose ONE of the three predicate crimes. Jurors do NOT have to unanimously agree on which of the three predicate crimes Trump committed.
Of course, this will make it easier to convict Trump.
Here are the three predicate crimes via Mark Levin:

The primary goal was to allow the Biden team to refer to POTUS45 as a “convicted felon” for the balance of the Presidential campaign.

My last reading was that they had not figured out a legitimate crime yet, now they have three?

It is a wonderment to behold that Merchan is willing to go into the history books - for ALL time(!!) - as the sleazebag judge in this ignominious case.
‘Merchan’ will become a pejorative of the lowest order: Hey, kid! Don’t be a merchan!!

The declaration that the jury need not unanimously agree on a verdict is invalid on its face. He is inventing judicial process that does not exist under the law or the Constitution.

The idea of jury instructions has always been hilarious to me. I don't need a judge telling me what I can and can't consider. Unlike many judges, I have common sense, and I'll consider what I want to consider and gather as much information as I feel necessary, whether or not a judge wants me to know about it.
To: Macho MAGA Man
More importantly, he wants to be the judge in the trial that makes Trump a convicted felon.
That will likely happen but it may not turn out quite the way he hopes.

I have never ever heard of such instructions to a jury that they do not need a unanimous decision.......What if it’s 6/6 or 8/4?................

The Judge will leave the bench after this and he has a book deal and a spot on a Democrat think tank or university. He will be a multimillionaire for the guy who got Trump. He is seen as a hero to the hard core left. He can write his own ticket—his career is made! He will be a guest on CNN and seen as the man who stopped a new Hitler coming to power. But, he will be seen by many Americans as a monster, like Dr. Death.

apparently we are now under remote control legality.
