Said as a life long Democrat he is appalled by the actions of the NY courts.I have heard him mention recourse to the federal courts but isn’t Sotomore in charge of the circuit that would take the case for Supremes? Any Constitution law folks out there who can tell me if another justice can pick up the case? Turley did say the farthest he would have went was to monitor Trumps business for a few years if guilty.
