It’s much more the clickbait aspect. Post just enough to bait someone to click for the rest of the story, instead of posting the entire thing. Get eyeballs to your website/blog. It’s seems to be more common these days, even when unnecessary. Has nothing to do with the first amendment.
I hate “article” consisting of hundreds of screen shots of tweets.

According to court documents, Amazon did not appeal all original 13 claims, but only three instead – fraud, racketeering enterprise, and unjust enrichment.
Another Amazon item had had some funny reviews was for NOW Psyllium Capsules. That was back when it was possible to comment on reviews, so a review’s “thread” would get interesting.

Why do you think this is my website or blog? I saw this story at The Liberty Daily and followed the link from there. And there was no easy way to post the text from there, so I put a few lines. If you read a bit and don’t find it interesting or confusing, bail and go on to the next story. That’s what I do.
I don’t think it’s your blog, but there are others out there who do this with their blogs.
I didn’t continuing reading, but many here were commenting long before I chimed in, that there was no way to understand what was going on. That’s what made it appear as clickbait. Did you reply to each of them? Maybe post more of the story the next time.

Amazon got DOJ to seize $7 million over an ***alleged breach of employment duties - that were false***, not real, and actually contrary to the exact duties Amazon had in their own contract.
DOJ also obtained and executed search warrants with these false duties listed
