The answer is very simple: because the MeToo movement, just like NOW, just like various black civil rights organizations, and just like many other so-called civil rights organizations, are in reality, just leftist political organizations masquerading as civil rights platforms. They don’t actually give a damn about the civil rights in question, nor the people who may or may not be suffering from civil rights violations. They just use those causes as an effective, pull-the-heartstrings means of raising money so that they can be more effective leftist political organizations.
Once people understand this, then everything about all of these organizations becomes crystal clear.

One reason for the international community to avoid the issue of Hamas rape is that it is actually it is also Islamic Law to rape captured women. Here is Ali Sina with a quote from the Hadith of Bukhari.

Muhammed did not forbid raping the captive women. Instead he made an asinine claim that when Allah intends to create someone, nothing can prevent it. He told his men that coitus interruptus is ill-advised because it would be an attempt to thwart the will of Allah. He did not say a word against the rape of the captives, and by discouraging coitus interruptus, he supported forced insemination.
He made even his god legitimize intercourse with women captured in wars, the so-called “right hand possessions,” even if they were married before their capture.
