Cats have always been known for their mysterious and independent nature. They can be a source of unconditional love and comfort for their humans, but they also possess a streak of cunning and aloofness. In a recent incident, a homeowner found himself locked out of his house, with the keys safely inside. Little did he know, his feline companions held the power to either let him in or leave him stranded outside.

Up here in Blueland that’s illegal.
Afternoon. I’ve had a lot of errands today and got the windshield wiper fluid line replaced in the van.
They clip the corner and otherwise don’t seem to care. *shrug*
It was a longer afternoon than I anticipated, but I survived!
My DL came, and the background is like a sketch of the Arches in Arches National Park, but it looks like the fingerprint whorls. Colored like the arches but broken up like fingerprint sketches. Really cool! AND! It doesn’t expire until 2032!
I mailed off FS’s birthday card today, even though it’s way early. Sometimes, it just takes forever for mail to get to Cabot. Almost like it’s going by 20-mule team.
So. Now I’ll get Chip’s food ready any hope he eats something tonight. If not, I suspect he will be eating a full can of food, and half a scoop of dry food, instead of an almost full scoop of dry and half a can of wet. He’s very fussy about the freshness of his food, so I’ll just have to let him tell me how he wants it!
Sometimes, replacing lines for anything can be a tedious job and often it requires a lot of sitting and twiddling our thumbs. Something the Late Igor was good at!
I hope you have a good rest, tonight!
Good morning. Happy Friday Eve!
It will be a little cooler today, with high’s near 80 instead of 90. Yesterday at her afternoon walk the Princess told Mrs. ArGee, “I’ve gotten my business done, we’re going back now.” Their usual walk is about a mile and a half. Not in that heat!
I’m glad Monday is a holiday. I really need a break.
Today’s Wordle score shows why, at least for me, it’s better to be lucky than to have a good strategy.

Good morning. Warm day here. I’m about to round up Frank and Kathleen and read some of the wildlife manual to them as well as some Standard Animal Profiles.
That looks like a full basket of floofs, fer shure!
Good morning. Another weird night. I’m getting tired of the weirdness factor. I just want to sleep.
It’s not quite as chilly as it was yesterday, but it won’t be as warm today as it was yesterday, either. The breeze was rather cold, yesterday.
Still nothing from the doctor as to whether I can fly or not, so I won’t be getting excited any time soon.
I went to bed at a good hour but had trouble falling asleep. Oh, well.
It would appear, that with Nate-The-Lawn-Guy’s Wife doubling as our manager, I’ll be able to get some things done. I’ll have to get another outside chair so I can invite someone to sit with me in the sun. It also means I’ll be able to get the flagstones set down so I have an actual place to put my chair without sinking into the clay six inches.
Jim is leaving for a month, so he won’t work on the kitchen window/air-conditioner until later in the summer. Probably during the monsoons.
The sunshine is coming in my back door! I like it!
I was late falling asleep. My sleep patterns are messed up again. Maybe I need to get the TV in the bedroom hooked up asap so I can watch something at night.
Hah. That’s not gonna happen any time soon.
I’m sorry you’re having a tough time.
Congratulations on the sun! I’ll be okay, and eventually I’ll have a good night’s sleep.
I sure hope the doctor figures out how to make you able to fly. I'd travel to have him do the same to me. I get so tired of walking.

Haha! Good one!
FD feels the same way you do!
