It’s good to know everything is in its new place. Hopefully mom will like it.
Young ArGee has a friend whose father gets stuck in his recliner and calls for people to come help him out of it. I guess I can count my blessings. Last night I tried to remind F-I-L how to switch his house from heat to cool and back without leaving it off. It did not go well. He has an Internet-enabled thermostat in his future.
But at least he can still walk.
And, yes, his wife should use a cane or a walker. But he derides her for it so she won’t.

I’m now getting up at 2 to give the Princess a walk so she won’t leak in her bed. It’s not too bad. She gets right to business.
We’ll have temps in the 70s again today if the foreguessers are correct. But lows are in the low 50s for a while.

After his numerous back surgeries... my Dad broke down and bought one of those electric lift chairs. He’s mobile enough once he’s up... it’s that transition point where he can’t bend at the waist any more that gets him.
Weather is beautiful this morning, so I rode the Triumph in to my client site this morning. I now have helmet hair, but it was a happy start to the day.
Heading up to my Sister’s lake place after work today. Need to work on the family pontoon boat getting it ready for boating season. After that... bonfire and family.
Life is good.
It’s happened. I’m in two different meetings, one in each ear. I am just trying to make sure I’ll hear if my name is called in either one.
I just heard Mrs. ArGee talking very loudly to her dad telling him to leave the thermostat alone. Sigh.

I just renewed my drivers license online, lucky me, and printed out a temporary one, since it takes “six to eight weeks” to get the real thing. In NV, you got it before you walked out the door of the DMV. But I don’t think they give a person the option of renewing online.
I ran into the same thing and ended up with a 5...

Sort of... One of them opened up a nail salon and does mani-pedi’s all day. I don’t get it... I wouldn’t have thought they were the talkative type that could sit around and gossip all day with clients.
