Bush Crime Family and Zeepers hardest hit by Ken Paxton’s acquittal of sham charges.

Must watch for everyone.

Really good.

I liked his explanation of Texas politics.

He needs to investigate the Bush clan and throw those traitors in prison.

and yet Paxton was gagged from speaking about it throughout the impeachment effort.

If someone can explain, I thought impeachment was a political process, not a legal process. How is a defendant 'gagged' during impeachment?

Just listened to him on the Mark Davis show. Said the same things. He’s pretty muck basking in his victory. On going against Cornyn “Nothing’s off the table”. Shouda been stronger. More light a fire under his ass. Democrats would have run with it more.

Paxton said on Houston radio this morning that he has 100s of voting fraud cases ready to prosecute but cannot because of the courts.

*How is a defendant ‘gagged’ during impeachment?*

Texas is red. Blame republicans. Same with the grid failures.

Same thing they are doing to trump. Different types of legal actions but same law fare techniques. Outrageous and unsupported claims for gag orders that are granted by leftist judges. Absolute mockery of a fair justice system.

Yes, we had a thread:

Given the activity on this thread I'd say that Freepers still want to discuss the issue.

Was there a judge in Paxton’s impeachment process? I am just confused how a gag order would be enforced in a political procedure, or how it would even be constitutional for that matter.

The “2000 Mules” did a pretty good job of explaining dumping of ballots, but it took a TikTok reel and Paxton to explain exactly how they win. A guy on a TikTok reel stated, and I had never heard this before, that Trump had decisively won all of the in person ballots. Biden won all of the mail in ballots. Paxton explained that CCA in Texas packed with Soros backed Judges invalidated a 1951 statute that said the AG could prosecute voter fraud cases. They overturned that statute. Now, big city liberal counties have Soros backed DAs that won’t charge or investigate voter fraud, like San Antonio, Houston, Austin. I am sure I am slow, but these two really connected for me, it appears there was not (to any great extent) “in person” voter fraud, but “mail in” voter fraud, and as Paxton explained, the way some of the mail in voter laws are written, after they tear open the envelope, there is no way to match signatures to tell if it is a fraudulent vote. You want to true the vote, in person voting only unless you meet the stringent requirements for absentee voting with strict verification.

"Paxton said on Houston radio this morning that he has 100s of voting fraud cases ready to prosecute but cannot because of the courts."

And, as Paxton explained to Tucker, the Texas speaker of the House who told him the House didn't have time to pass a bill (which the Texas Senate approved) to authorize the Texas AG to prosecute fraud cases.

Dade Phelan acts like a traitor to the State of Texas, just as every Demonicrat and Republican who voted for Paxton's impeachment or voted for conviction on any of the fraudulent charges. Oh, and thrown the judges who ruled that the Texas AG can't prosecute voter fraud cases and the Couty Prosecutors who refuse to prosecute such cases into the traitors' pit as well.

They are traitors to the State of Texas and traitors to the United States of America.

Texas is red. Blame republicans

After 2016 and 2020, we can no longer think in terms of Red/Blue, Rep/Dem.

There are patriots who love our country, our culture, our traditions, our people.

There are people who hate us and will gladly destroy everything we have if it gives them a little more power or money.

Those are the two sides. Our side is losing...badly. Probably even beyond any hope of winning.

Paxton’s discussion and answers to Tucker’s questions were clear and straight. No tapdancing or gas lighting.

What we have in Texas are Demonicrats and RINOcrats working to overthrow the government of Texas and convert Texas to a communist kakistocracy.

I never thought of GOP=Red. I refuse use the mainstream media assigned color scheme. "Red" means COMMUNIST, it does NOT mean "Republican". I find it ironic that the FReepers screaming the loudest that "we can't let the mainstream media define things for us!!!" are the ones who HAPPILY embrace this "red state" crap.

The Texas House of Representatives is indeed full of "reds", which explains why Paxton got impeached!
