It's already being called "The Biden Curtain," as new videos from Lahaina, Maui, reveal miles of black curtains erected to prevent people from seeing what's happening at the origin site of this month's catastrophic wildfires in Hawaii.
Geoff Cygnus, a citizen journalist on TikTok, posted the video, with a caption reading: "Miles and miles of black fencing being put up in Lahaina. Ground Zero is now behind the Biden curtain."
"There seems to be a huge emphasis on ensuring that the media and anyone else can't see what's going on," Cygnus reported.
"There are miles and miles of this black fence going up that was not here before that is obscuring ground zero and making sure no one can see what's going on inside of there from the road, no one can get in there, no one can take any pictures."
"I was almost immediately, after these 20 seconds, National Guard came and chased me off, yelled at me, told me to get back in my car and keep moving. So you cannot pull over. You can't even stop you car anywhere near any of this anymore."
In addition to the National Guard, Cygnus says there are "regular police, and what I have dubbed 'special police,' which are these police cars that are foreign made. The people that are driving them are not – they don't look like any police I've ever seen in the United States. So kind of a bizarre situation, but they have a huge presence standing guard ensuring that nothing can be documented."

You know this has NEVER happened with a major hurricane— why is this happening now? and, no drones. These are real a@@holes trying to hide what THEY caused by zero preparation and envirowhacko land management. They should be arrested and tried for criminal negligence.
They might have given up looking for readily identifiable victims, and just want to clear every acre for developers.

It will look bad for the cameras when they just start bulldozing and bucket loading charred bones and skulls into a dumpster to make room for Oprah's new gardens and reflecting pools.

Seems like we need some actual pics of these “special police” , their uniforms, vehicles? Even guard unit’s stuff would be very identifiable? Is machinery going into the burned areas yet? Anybody digging disposal trenches?
Oh look! A border wall that Biden thinks is important to enforce.
Watch for bulldozers to come in. The fence will hide their work while they bury any evidence of life in that area.
Then magically, developers will move in and “improve” the area.
“Scrapping” on Maui would be a very limited occupation. Vehicles go there to die. You rarely see one much older than ten years. The sea breeze just eats sheet metal. There seems to be at least one salvage yard in the area. If they ever ship any metal scrap off the island it would be after a portable crusher comes over and makes a load.
Scrap iron in the islands goes to a re-bar mill on Oahu, at Campbell Industrial park. Aluminum does get bundled and exported in bales.
This must be the “transparency in our democracy” the Democrats keep talking about...
