Justice is dead, dead, dead

Yesterday Merrick Garland informed the country that he will give a US Attorney the power to kill off investigations into the Bidens. The sweetheart deal that was supposed to free Hunter Biden from any possible criminal liability fell apart in Court when the judge saw it for what it was- a vehicle to kill the Hunter Biden investigations and set Hunter free from all future crimes.

Hunter Biden's lawyers did not take it well. The DOJ did not take it well. So what are they to do?

Garland elevated US Attorney David Weiss to Special Counsel. This is meant to be an umbrella for the Biden family and shield them and their teams from jeopardy.

David Weiss is the crook who kept the Hunter Biden laptop from entering the 2020 election debate.

David Weiss is the crook who intentionally allowed the statute of limitations on the Hunter Biden felony tax evasion charges from 2014 and 2015 to expire.

David Weiss is the crook who was the architect of the Hunter Biden sweetheart plea deal.

Garland made Weiss special counsel so he could continue his malfeasance.

As special counsel, Weiss can hamstring the House investigations and will run the clock out on all the current investigations and in 2025 write a report exonerating everyone in the Biden family.

But in appointing Weiss special counsel, Garland has run afoul of the law. Statute 28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel states:

Then it should be a simple matter for the Republican house to impeach Garland. I'm not sure what remedy congress has for getting rid of an illegal special counsel.

...”I am wondering how it is that the Attorney General of the United States need not abide by the law...”

I am wondering who it is that will ever hold the Attorney General accountable under the law of the land.

Garland needs to lock himself up. He’s a crook. At least Jeff Sessions recused himself when he was given the job. Garland is Bidenskyyyy’s personal hit man who enforces Bidenskyyyyy’s threat that “Nobody (”F” Bomb) with the Bidens.”

I'm not sure what remedy congress has for getting rid of an illegal special counsel.

The legal remedy would require the agreement of numerous politicians, most of whom would receive no personal gain and so will be reticent to join in the removal. This is why, when the left needs to remove someone, they result to extralegal (lawfare) or illegal (arkancide) means. Until we are willing to meet them at their level, we will always lose--but on the day we meet them at their level, we will win at the loss of our souls, which is eternally worse.

I’m not accusing you of deliberately misrepresenting the legal side of this, but on this key point you are flat-out wrong:

Statute 28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel …

“CFR” refers to the Code of Federal Regulations, not a statute. What you have cited here is not a law. It’s a regulation that can be altered or ignored at will if it only governs internal Executive Branch operations.

For the 2024 election people should remember what Obama once said “Elections have consequences”.

Read my tagline. I believe there's design in this invasion. I also believe Christ can awaken us as a nation if we'll let Him. However....

Eph 4:17-19: ...walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

Our national consciousness might be so far gone that we, as a nation, are incapable of anything resembling repentance.

Pathetic! We are living in a banana republic. Most people know this, but aren’t willing to do anything about it. We know our elections are corrupt, but we allow the Democrats to prosecute Donald Trump anyway.

Congress should do two things:

1. Immediately start impeachment proceedings against Merrick Garland. This is black letter law. Garland, as Attorney General, is blatantly violating the law. No politicizing the charges. This is a slam dunk.

2. Immediately start subpoenaing more witnesses. The instant any government official tries to interfere or object, call them out and remove them from their job for facilitating a violation of the law.

When the other side is violating the law, USE IT AGAINST THEM.

Clearly, key GOP figures are compromised - and dare not say a word. The only remedy is for the voters - to the extent they remain able - to remove them from office in the primaries.

Statute 28 CFR § 600.3 - Qualifications of the Special Counsel …

Statute law is a written form of public law or private law that is passed by a legislative body. It can be said that every statute is a law, but not every law is a statute.

It’s up to God now to bring judgment on them.

Lord, Since those in authority refuse to mete out justice, PLEASE do so Yourself. Please stop this atrocity of injustice that You so hate.

A regulation is not a statute. Congress never passed this CFR Section 600.
