A new artificial intelligence app claims to allow the user to chat with Biblical (and not-so-Biblical) characters. A trial run leaves the user hoping that the real Biblical characters are more inspiring than their computer-generated counterparts.
Bible Pics Chat claims to allow users “to seek guidance and enter the gateway to biblical wisdom” by chatting with Biblical characters. While AI chat programs are now common, they can be tailored to suit individual preferences.
For example, when ChatGPT is asked if God exists, it gives a long preamble followed by an ambiguous and unsatisfying conclusion:
“Ultimately, whether or not God exists is a deeply personal and subjective question. It depends on an individual’s beliefs, experiences, and worldview. Different people may have different perspectives on this matter, and it’s important to approach discussions about the existence of God with respect and open-mindedness.”

[Dallas also dismissed the
‘Transfiguration’ as not worthy of the series]
Absolutely. I daresay this man is not a believer.
My goodness.
It’s even worse considering who his father is (which shocks me to no end).
IOW, the Transfiguration of Jesus Christ in the New Testament is one of the most awe-inspiring and significant events in the Gospels.
An absolutely amazing event and demonstration of God’s power and Anointing His Messiah on display to a couple of the Disciples (Peter and John I think but I’ll have to look again).
We know what Moses, and Isaiah, and Jesus, and Paul and all the rest said. We don't need AI to make up additional dialog.
True. The Transfiguration is when Moses and Elijah endorse Jesus, signaling to Peter, John and James that “This is the guy that we (the Law and the Prophets) were talking about.”
The TRANSFIGURATION Is a very important moment showing Christ’s Divinity.
The Promised one that Moses and Elijah spoke of. The Lamb of God, the Redeemer of all creation.
Jesus fulfilling the Law and the Prophets.
.
It’s an awesome display on many levels.
IMHO
Exactly!
"The people at work and on the streets all stare menacingly at me. What do you think should I do about it?"
Regards,
Laodicia is now officially here.

An app that lets YOU decide what or who God is
depending on what seems right to YOU
( as opposed to what and who the scriptures say God is. )
This app will tickle their ears .
What is difference between subjective and objective?
Objective means making an unbiased, balanced observation based on facts which can be verified.
Subjective means making assumptions, making interpretations based on personal opinions without any verifiable facts.

Proverbs 14:12 -
There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Might as well be a ouija board.
Let me redo that
When encouraged by an “elder” who suggested he quote “III Nephi” Dallas Jenkins said “a good troll would be to have Jesus (on the Cross mind you), wink at Joseph Smith walking by.”
That’s a paraphrase but an accurate version of what he said.
I can't WAIT to talk with MARY!!!
She wasn't very chatty in the bible, as...
All the Words of Mary...
...as recorded in the Bible....To the angelAnd Mary said to the angel: How shall this be done, because I know not man?And Mary said: Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it done to me according to thy word. (St Luke 1:34, 38 D-RC 1752)...To ElizabethAnd Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation. He has performed mighty deeds with his arm; he has scattered those who are proud in their inmost thoughts. He has brought down rulers from their thrones but has lifted up the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things but has sent the rich away empty. He has helped his servant Israel, remembering to be merciful to Abraham and his descendants forever, even as he said to our fathers.” (Luke 1:46-55)...To JesusHis mother said to him, “Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been anxiously searching for you.” (Luke 2:48-50)... at CanaAnd when the wine gave out, the mother of Jesus said to Him, “They have no wine.”His mother said to the servants, “Whatever He says to you, do it” (John 2:3-5).
...did NOT say, "Ask ELSIE to post some stuff from Nephi 3."
(But he will anyway!)
The Book of Mormon tells us that...
Immediately upon the crucifixion of Jesus, tempests, earthquakes, fires, whirlwinds, and physical upheavals rage for three hours.
The city of Zarahemla was set on fire; the city of Moroni sunk into the depths of the sea, and the inhabitants were drowned; the earth was carried up upon the city of Moronihah; and many great and notable cities were sunk, and many were burned, and many were shaken till the buildings thereof had fallen to the earth, and the inhabitants thereof were slain, and the places were left desolate; And there were some cities which remained; but the damage thereof was exceedingly great, and there were many in them who were slain.
The destruction was followed by darkness upon the face of the land and there was great mourning and howling and weeping among all the people.
(3 Nephi 8).
Who caused this massive destruction and death? The survivors would immediately know the culprit in the form of a Voice .
The Voice chides America’ inhabitants proclaiming:
“Behold, that great city Zarahemla have I burned with fire, and the inhabitants thereof. And behold, that great city Moroni have I caused to be sunk in the depths of the sea, and the inhabitants thereof to be drowned. And behold, that great city Moronihah have I covered with earth, and the inhabitants thereof, “
“And behold, the city of Gilgal have I caused to be sunk, and the inhabitants thereof to be buried up in the depths of the earth:
And building momentum, the Voice continues:
“Yea, and the city of Onihah and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Mocum and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Jerusalem [the America city, not the one in Palestine, he left that one alone] and the inhabitants thereof.”
“And behold, the city of Gadiandi, and the city of Gadiomnah, and the city of Jacob, and the city of Gimgimno, all these have I caused to be sunk, and made hills and valleys in the places thereof; and the inhabitants thereof have I buried up in the depths of the earth.”
“And behold, that great city Jacobugath, which was inhabited by the people of king Jacob, have I caused to be burned with fire.”
“And behold, the city of Laman, and the city of Josh, and the city of Gad, and the city of Kishkumen, have I caused to be burned with fire”
(3 Nephi 9: 2-10)
After itemizing his destructions, the Voice tells the people the name of their Destroyer:
“Behold, I am Jesus Christ the Son of God.”
Yes, that Jesus who only a short time earlier restored a severed ear, forgave the ignorant, the crucifers, and the non-believers - all of whom had witnessed or knew of his miracles while Jesus preached among them for some three years.
Jesus, the man who had spared those in Palestine who had personally rejected him, mocked him and crucified him, tells those in America: “‘So great faith have I never seen among all the Jews; wherefore I could not show unto them so great miracles, because of their unbelief.’”
(3 Nephi 19:35).
Sounds like the foundations of two different political parties.
Jesus asked ;
“ Who do You say that I Am?”
Peter replied;
“You are the Christ
Son of the Living God!”
That’s a good estimate for the percentage of people against The Lord.
I think your estimate is pretty close to reality.
[The city of Zarahemla was set on fire; the city of Moroni sunk into the depths of the sea, and the inhabitants were drowned; the earth was carried up upon the city of Moronihah; and many great and notable cities were sunk, and many were burned, and many were shaken till the buildings thereof had fallen to the earth, and the inhabitants thereof were slain, and the places were left desolate; And there were some cities which remained; but the damage thereof was exceedingly great, and there were many in them who were slain.]
This was supposedly in America?
[“Yea, and the city of Onihah and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Mocum and the inhabitants thereof, and the city of Jerusalem [the America city, not the one in Palestine, he left that one alone] and the inhabitants thereof.”]
Jerusalem in America? Oh, I’ve heard about the Garden of Eden (in America) and Adam-Ondi-Ahman.......(ostensibly)
