A viral Twitter video captured the hilarious reaction of two raccoons who were caught entering someone's yard. In the video, the raccoons appear to be startled by a noise and freeze in place. One of the masked bandits is seen standing still on its hind legs, while the other stops moving and stares in the direction of the noise made by the homeowner filming them.

Buitengebieden is the only reason I miss Twitter.
Yeah, however, the folks that did the “exclusion” as they called it set two live traps around the house for about a week and no joy. The thing was pretty wiley. I have pictures of it sunning itself and the kits on the roof ridge my front entry. Did i mention that i hate racoons?
They merely flip me off when they’re caught getting into the cats’ water.
We had several racoons move under our house. I got the biggest trap I could find at the local Tractor Supply so I could catch and relocate them.
I checked the trap late one night and I had caught a racoon. I went to get my truck and back it up to my yard where I had the trap. By the time I got back, two racoons were on each side of the trap lifting the gate so that a third racoon on top of the trap could hold it up while the fourth racoon inside got out.
I think they are mutants. It is sort of like Planet of the Apes, but with racoons.
Whats that from ... one of Granny Clampett’s recipe books?
I had one in my attic a few months ago. We just bought a trap, trapped it, and had a pro cart it to a state park about 100 miles away before releasing. I’ve still got to replace all the insulation in the attic that it destroyed.
I try to trap rabbits in the garden. I only have gotten skunks and a raccoon. I let them go. They went eating my stuff.
Thank you - nasty creatures. They will rip apart an entire flock of chickens for fun and just eat one of two.
They’re to be killed on sight.
We have them occasionally. Cute, but they have rabies and attack cats. I yell at them and chase them away with a broom. This happened a couple of times, and they don’t seem to come back any more to raid the food I put out for our local stray cats, Blackie and Louise.
Agree, nasty critters. Loud barking dogs frighten them too. No clue what effect barking has on chickens.
We rescued five feral cats between 2011 and 2014. For of them were a mom and her 3 babies. We still have Mom, one baby, and one other. They’ve been wonderful pets.
There are these new-fangled things called "search engines." You should give one a try sometime.
