Just In: Jack Smith and Biden's DOJ to Indict Rudy Giuliani and Fellow Trump Attorneys for Questioning Stolen 2020 Election

Just as more and more criminal conduct is revealed against Joe Biden and the Biden Crime Family, including likely treasonous acts, the DOJ springs into action and leaks that they are going to indict Trump’s attorneys and add more bogus charges against President Trump.

You are witnessing the final stages of a once great nation.

The government is now openly working with Democrats to indict, smear, bankrupt, and imprison their political opposition – Donald Trump, his supporters, and his attorneys.

Now Merrick Garland’s DOJ is set to indict Rudy Giuliani and fellow Trump attorneys who questioned the fraudulent election and sought to delay the certification in Congress.

The Independent reported:

The burden of proof is on those who claim that the election was fraudulent/stolen/dishonest/whatever.

What?

The problem with such proof has always been that no court will allow them to present it.

Okay, you addressed the problem.

A major point I’m not seeing being made in the comments here so far relates to the truth of this headline.

Trump has usually picked bad attorneys. Giuliani being one of them. Trump also has ignored the good advice of his lawyers and has fired many of them. The others have quit.

Thirdly - why would any good law firm want to ruin their career by taking on Trump as a client?

I refer you to the 65 Project.

While I am no fan of Al Gore, he allowed the process to play out in the FLA courts and ultimately the USSC, and then issued a concession statement in Dec. 2020. He did not call for a protest in Washington D.C. just days before the inauguration. Not so with Trump. To this day, he denies he lost the election and assembled a rowdy crowd of protesters aimed at disrupting a peaceful transfer of power. Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Mike Lindell and others added fuel to that fire.

So you don’t recognize the 1st Amendment. Go to hell.

The Democrats are always going to counterpunch.

You can take advantage of their reflex reaction.

“Reminding folks what happened in 2020 and working to prevent what happened from happening again is a necessary strategy. It’s nothing more than common sense really”.

While I respect your sentiment, Trump’s loyalists are powerless to prevent what happened in 2020 from happening again in 2024, should he be the nominee. Here is why:

Trump lost crucial swing states in 2020, all attributable to massive Democrat turnout machines in certain strongholds (Philadelphia, Detroit, Milwaukee, Fulton County, Maricopa County, Clark County). With the possible exception of Clark County (newly elected GOP governor), Republicans have no power to change those Democrat turnout operations, however fraudulent they may be. Those voting operations are firmly in control of Democrats. In Georgia, Trump primaried the sitting Republican governor so he shouldn’t expect much help there.

The only way to overcome those turnout machines is to overwhelm them with moderates / independents in the suburbs. Unfortunately, that constituency is out of Trump’s reach, as many of the suburbanites are turned off by his brash narcissism (especially younger women).

All of the recent general election polls are consistent on one point – Trump is stuck in the low to mid-40s nationally, even against a weak and feeble Biden. His prospects of rising above that are slim to none.

Rudy has recourse. He has more than one, ‘If I’m taken, release these tomes.” Biden Crime Family in Ukraine and China data in the hands of more than one. Not just Hunter’s hard drive, and not just Rosemont Seneca.

Thank you for making my point. The two General Election polls (Trump vs. Biden) you have included show Trump stuck in the mid-40s.
