I have no doubt that Biden is scum, and probably a pedophile, guilty of rape in the Tara Reade (sp?) case, a pathological liar, and a traitor to our Nation and Constitution - but that video clip is 'nothing'. Unless they are trying to show that Biden is a doddering old man (he sure did look old as he was shuffling across the stage). Politicians are always trying to their photos with babies. Don't ask me why, but I guess they think it makes them look good with their constituents.

He was just trying to figure out which direction to get off the stage and he needed a little intervention. His down stretched hands are a body language that he’s really got no idea what is the next step. He wasn’t making any moves toward the child, it just happened to be in the general direction of the dump truck he was following. It’s still not a good look.
