I have no doubt that Biden is scum, and probably a pedophile, guilty of rape in the Tara Reade (sp?) case, a pathological liar, and a traitor to our Nation and Constitution - but that video clip is 'nothing'. Unless they are trying to show that Biden is a doddering old man (he sure did look old as he was shuffling across the stage). Politicians are always trying to their photos with babies. Don't ask me why, but I guess they think it makes them look good with their constituents.
I didn't see anything wrong with Biden shuffling towards the baby - other than he looked old as dirt.

Agree with you about the baby stuff. He was however totally out of it and didn’t know where to go or what to do at that moment.
