The FBI will KILL the whistleblower. And if they don’t they will be the ones who arrest him and make sure he suicides in an unmonitored jail cell. THERE IS NO DOUBT IN MY MIND there are agents who will gladly kill anyone who exposes the Biden clan and threatens the swamp.

If true, the only way this guy stays alive is if he goes PUBLIC. Then everyone will know who he is, and what proof he has.
Keeping his identity private just clears the way for the FBI to kill him and no one will ever know (a)who he was and (b)the proof he had/why he was killed.
