Remember the Covenant school shooting in Nashville?

You are not supposed to. It is supposed to fade quietly into the background because, well, the facts are inconvenient to the Narrative™.

Immediately after the horrific events we learned that there was a “manifesto” left behind by the shooter making it abundantly clear why she committed the act. In her last message to a friend, she also indicated that she left behind writings about why she committed evil acts.

So far that manifesto has been withheld from public scrutiny. The powers that be don’t want you to see it.

For a brief period, the authorities tried to reverse course and claim that there were only the ramblings of a disturbed person that made no sense. That was their first excuse for hiding what the shooter left behind.

Nobody bought that for a number of reasons, so a fallback position soon emerged for why the tender eyes of the public must be protected from exposure to the rantings of a lunatic: the words are magically dangerous and hearing or reading them might make people spontaneously explode or something.

They were dragging their feet, flip flopping on the release. So 2 groups sued.

So, being corrupt Dems, they now say they can’t release it when they said they would because “counsel advised to withhold due to (get this) pending law suits”.

Most likely it names names that don’t want to be named at all costs.

I think she made some observations that suggest schools can be made safe without more gun control laws. The dirty secret is that the left would rather see children killed to support gun control than see schools made safer.

Exactly; the revealing of this manifesto would show that she was put up to this atrocity by certain very evil elements in the democrat party and would show just how demonic the whole “transgender” movement really is.

Seriously though, while it's good that the National Police Association and Tennessee Firearms Association are filing suits against Metro for the information, the real villains are who the "manifesto" was handed off to: the FBI (who's business this isn't) and the Dept of Justice Community Relations Service (DOJ-CRS). These Obama-Holder weasels are a Super Gestapo who intrude on any case they want and control the information and narrative surrounding it - Constitution be damned.

They, among the legion of partisan Swampers, have to be dismantled. Yesterday would be a good time.
