Today's Morning Joe continued its campaign of defending Joe Biden in connection with his possession of classified documents in his private office.

Yesterday, we described how the show quite literally turned itself into a law firm, as it sought to distinguish Biden's case with that of Donald Trump.

Today, Joe Scarborough took things a big step further, virtually instructing AG Merrick Garland to prosecute Donald Trump . . . but not Biden. Why? Because, declared Scarborough unequivocally, "Joe Biden didn't commit a crime!"
