Food Prices: is it just me or...
Self | Jimjohn

Posted on 01/02/2023 11:16:52 AM PST by jimjohn

While shopping at our local food grocer, wagons noticed that the egg price has jumped nearly $2 per dozen.

Understand that we had a supply chain interruption with the recent storm, but I'm wondering is anyone else noticing this in there.?

TROUBLE with your finances

….and if you are still having trouble with your finances, buy an electric car and add some solar panels to your roof!

There are empty shelves where the eggs usually sit, here. (OR coast)

And don’t forget that INflation is often accompanied by SHRINKflation.
In July 2021, I paid $19.98 for a 50-lb. bag of WalMart’s Ol’ Roy dog food.
Today, I paid $27.48, and the bag has shrunk to 46 lbs.

Yes, gas prices are crashing here as well. Also some of mentioned in my opening report. I am in Western New York area. Seems very strange.

It’s easy to write off in this area due to the recent storm as I said before, but what I’m seeing here at the supermarket is a little two weird.

Eggs in the store are over $5 a dozen here in NH.

And that was before Christmas.

We don't buy eggs - we have four hens.

But the price of chicken feed has gone up. Still a bargain, though (also manure for our vegetable gardens).

there was a coup and no one realizes it.

That is the definition of a "successful coup" ( when the citizens do not know it happened)

Our politicians are not even in charge, they are just the useful idiots that sold us out

they want us out of our cars and into digital currency, we will need permission to go anywhere and groceries will be delivered to our homes by robots

I wish I was kidding

If we don't start fighting back by eliminating Globalist world leaders, it will be a very weird future for our ancestors

there will be no political solution, it will require physical violence to turn this around WORLDWIDE

Broke people can only afford to spend so much and you can’t drink or smoke gasoline

Yes. A very bad flu is affecting hens and chickens. Eggs are higher for this sole reason.

Got six out of the nest boxes this morning. Wife can’t water glass any more (4 gallon jugs are full). 3 dozen in the frig outside, 1 dozen in the house. Don’t really know what we are going to do with what’s coming. This from nine hens, four older, five will be a year old this spring. All the squash, garlic, onions, potatoes we could eat are stored. Pantry is filled with enormous amounts of jarred goods. Freezers full of venison, chicken, pork, etc. we grow most of our own food every year. And yes, my wife complains and is shocked on what she has to pay when she does shop.

That’s due to company greed.

Big Pharma also owns the Grocery supply chain .

we think the COVID scam was Civilization changing,, just wait until they roll out the Great Food Supply Chain Crisis

I predict a nuclear contamination blamed on Putin or some other renegade not in the Globalist cabal that will cause major shortages and food will join "health" as the major controlling force followed soon by digital currency

Eggs have gone very high due to asian bird flu, and the government’s policy of ordering egg farmers with a flu outbreak to kill all their chickens, even the healthy ones.

Other food prices are starting to return to normal. I recently bought a chicken for 99 cents per pound, butter for $2 per pound, and I’m planning to buy my favorite coffee this week for the pre-inflation sale price of $2 per can. Food inflation is being replaced with deflation, at least for now.

I buy farm fresh eggs (3.45 a dozen) and milk (2.75 a gallon) cheese also reasonably priced.

I noticed that EXACT same thing....

Gas was down low 2’s right @ the election and are now almost $3/gallon now.

Food, too.

I think, just like everything else, is being coordinated so the average voter doesn’t react negatively to the Democrat party. All staged.
