We were talking about some of the bellwethers in Virginia.
Republicans have taken one of those bellwethers in VA-02.

Jen Kiggans has flipped the seat from Rep. Elaine Luria (D-VA), and from Democrat to Republican. This was the race that Fox was predicting if Republicans won, they’d win the House. That seems a good bet at this point–just a question of how much.

Yay, my vote actually counted . Only had this , school board and city council on the ballot. Luria outspent her 10-1 and still lost .
If that happens, does it mean Nancy will have to surrender her hammer as Speaker of the House?
She will probably be more effective as minority leader than Mccarthy as majority. He ain’t no Nancy Pelosi.

So this is the 1 out 3 flip for VA? Wish it were better, but those NOVA dims received tons and tons of TV ad time. We are left with POS like Wexton. May the crime wave hit the western burbs.

This election is turning out to be a red suck overall. Especially given this $hitty of a prez we have.

Virginia is blue but it is nice to see it is not completely dead yet.
