It was $2.29 in Mt. Airy, MD around Inauguration Day. Then it climbed during the year, until it was about $3.25 when I moved to Florida. In Pensacola, I saw it go up as high as $4.69 this past summer, and we were lucky, since it was much higher elsewhere.

Aside from regular "politician lying" Joe Biden has always had the habit of making stupid sh*t up off the top of his head. Always. Many of you may remember when he was younger even Democrats even used to joke about it.

In SC, our gas was around 1.89 to 1.99 per gallon and I know this because I stupidly save all my receipts and I just looked.
