Would someone please define "Neocon"?
I can't quite figure it out based on the usage of the word here on FR. From what I can tell it seems to be anyone who doesn't think Putin is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I know it can't be that.
Where did the term come from, and what exactly does it mean?

An imperialist interventionist who is obsessed with what’s happening in foreign lands far more than what’s happening in America.
Somebody who was given a “World Strategy” board game in middle school and never grew up
Somebody who wants to spend Americans tax money in foreign lands instead of on helping Americans at home
Someone who hates Trump because he says it’s time to put America First and stop spending money we don’t have on foreign adventures.
Someone who is more interested in MUGA - making Ukraine great again - than MAGA.
