A viral video making rounds online shows anxious, angry parents pleading to the police to go inside the school while mass murderer Salvador Ramos spent more than 40 minutes inside.

According to multiple reports, the deranged shooter spent more than 40 minutes inside as loved ones and onlookers begged the police to charge into the building.

Javier Cazares, whose daughter died in the attack, urged the bystanders to “rush in because the cops aren’t doing anything like they are supposed to. More could have been done. They were unprepared.”
A viral video showed armed police pinning one man to the ground as the bystanders yelled at them to go in.

Because they were cowards. Afraid of getting hurt or of getting in trouble / blamed for what happens after they go in. So they stood around and let it happen while they formulated excuses.

There are proactive “alpha” people and passive “beta” people. The ratio appears to be at least ten betas to one alpha but could be higher due to the way selection takes place. You’d think that cops would attract and need alpha people. But they’ve gone from sheepdogs protecting the flock to revenue agents with guns that are, for most, just decoration. A bunch of betas will just stand around and wait for an alpha to come along and either take care of the situation by himself or order the betas into action. Beta’s can and will take action once led, but will frequently engage in “display” behavior, meaning shooting to make noise rather than kill anyone. More than likely we are dealing with a gaggle of beta’s rather than someone who has thought this through and decided to not take action.
I get angry when I see signs at the hospital or stores telling me firearms are not allowed. Those signs are read by killers as, “Do your active killing here. Nobody’s armed.” Unless I’ll have to take my clothes off, I carry anyway.
Society has morphed LEOs into social workers because politicians don't have their backs.

Who is “they”? Are you suggesting the local Uvalde police of a community of 15,000 people wanted as much bloodshed of elementary children as possible? Seriously? Is this what you believe?
When the news and Democrats are over the top about a shooting, it is guaranteed there is more to it than what gets in the leading stories on it.
The accurate flow of info has been dreadful. Did he shoot everyone in that classroom and then take a half hour to secure his position? I mean 19-20 kids dead and both teachers, how many in a classroom, 25? did 5 get shot and survive?
When police don’t act, then it is up to us...
If the courts won’t act, then it’s up to us...

What happened to "serve and protect"?
Cowards in Uniform—could have saved lives but feared for their own lives and stood around like some fat—3rd world police force—only good at taking bribes and drinking beer. Why did border patrol have to take out the killer? Maybe the nut cases on the left are right—the Police are a problem after all.
Oh they get the alpha people, they’re the ones that cost cities a lot of money in lawsuits for treating people like garbage.
If they wanted the police to aggressively rush into the building and kick ass, they should have reported a MAGA parent complaining about porn in the school library.
