This is nonsense. He held executive power for only four years. And the Constitution limits it to eight for any individual.
So let them play stupid games. It won’t fly.

when was he declared winner? That is what determines- not voter sentiment about the situation

I think both parties will do whatever they can to keep Trump off the ballot in 2024, but this is not one of them.

He was never sworn in for a second term so I think even a divided Supreme Court who didn’t want Trump back would uphold this objection.

If they pulled this, it seems like they’d be admitting that the election was total fraud.

As long as they invalidate EVERYTHING Biden has done, including USSC nomination.

Well, it would be the thirdtime in a row he’d win the presidential election.

If Trump runs and wins, congress will pull out every procedural stop they can think of to prevent him from assuming office. This you can count on.

That’s just like the idea that when obama finally gets charged with treason, he’ll pull the ol’ “You can’t charge me with that because I’m not a citizen, just look at my fake, poorly photo-shopped illustration of what I wish my birth certificate would have really looked like and my stolen SS#. I’m outta here. Taking my millions and going back to Africa where they have no extradition....suckers”.
Wouldn’t surprise me.

If you Trump supporters believe that Trump won in 20 then he can't be on the ballot for a third election in 2024 because it would be unconstitutional. What a dumbass position to take. If Trump won in 2020, what is Dufus doing in the White House. Even if the Democrats admit they fixed the election in 2020, Trump never took the oath of office, so their position is moot.

Trump didn’t serve two terms.
So, the premise is complete garbage.
Also, if democrats believe that Trump did win the 2020 election, it means that there are many political officials and government officials, due to be indicted for theft of an election that ‘Trump won’. So, no!!!, democrats won’t and can’t pull that stupid stunt.

Uh, the elections in the Constitution are by the Electoral College. Popular votes mean nothing.
