For the premise to be inaccurate you’d have to assume that dimocrat appointed judges and politicians have behaved and made rulings that are completely in line with the consitituion and all other laws, when in fact we know they don’t follow either.
You honestly can’t see an obama appointed judge ruling that Trump is ineligible because he already ran twice. He/she doesn’t have to prove it, they can simply rule it.
You don’t think the newly confirmed Justice Brown wouldn’t do that. She would in a heart beat and everyone knows it.

Try something else. This one will never work, not even with the most biased progressive judges. They might be stupid, but they don’t want to be seen as insane and delusional.
At the rate we’re going now, we’re not going to even make it to January of 2023, much less jan 2025. There is enough info on the table now to get rid of the Biden regime immediately and it needs to get done.
