You mean if Russia was not sending tank battalions into the east, claiming the tanks were all captured from Ukraine, and holding "referendums" in Crimea resulting in 125% voter turnout with almost no one--even per Russian media reports--actually appearing at voting stations to vote. And with a person actively dragged on surveillance video in Crimea from their car in broad daylight by Russian forces who was then found tortured to death later with a knife through his eyeball.
If none of that happened, Ukraine would certainly have been at peace.
It was started by journalist Roman Burko (Ukraine) and military expert Irakli Komaxidze (Georgia).
No bias there, nosiree Bob. š¤£
I see that went right over your head. š¤£
Is this Victoria? š¤£
I didn’t think you were Freeper enough to know about grammar Nazis.
Bias doesn't matter if you have photographs and geolocations of Russian tanks, other armor and other equipment in the Donbass.
Meanwhile, you are linking to Nazi websites (www.unz.com) and then daring to criticize a source without viewing what's in it.
Well then, I stand firmly against those who unlawfully killed the pro Russian folks too. Yeah, I know, but they started it. Bullshiite.
I am a bit familiar with the situation. My son professionally specialized in UR stuff and has friends therein.
UR as a state has made tremendous gains in reducing corruption. One actually has to be able to drive iot get a driver’s license etc now.
Maybe if both RU and the US .. not otherwise.
This isn’t a one horse event you know.
“Get ready for the onslaught by the āno-nothingsā on here.”
Well, we certainly agree. There are some ignorant, uninformed sheeple who buy into the Biden and western media propaganda lock, stock, and barrel!
This is an excellent article and in my mind provides more background to this mess in Ukraine. After reading this, I am even more convinced this is a real live proxy war on the part of the US and Russia.
Arbitrary borders as in Ukraine have been a constant inflection point for wars. Civil wars and wars between nations.
It is perfectly clear that east Ukraine is quite different from west Ukraine. If the ex-Russians want to go the way of Crimea, then let’em go. This is not dramatically different than our civil war in the US 160 years ago. While we survived as a nation, it was extremely deadly and there are still many scars to this day. And, who knows if we will face it again. How many Freepers want to live in San Francisco, LA, Seattle, or New York? These places are not compatible with most of our beliefs. East Ukraine is the same except on steroids.
Time will tell if this leads to WWIII. If it does, our way of life in the west will be changed forever. Heck, it is changing now in front of our eyes.
That may all be true. But, Russia has no business invading and destroying a country. Thatās the point you guys miss.
Itās not Biden loving to expect one neighbor to stay within their borders.
Russia can end this today by turning around and going home.
Iāve been here longer than you, sonny. Iām a retread from the class of ā98.
No, you are wrong even on this. I was simply Monterrosa back in the Monica scandal and then something crashed and I had to reregister.
