President Brandon has nominated Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to the Supreme Court. She was asked to define the term "woman", and was unable to produce a definition. Everything is fine!

biologically female individuals have two X chromosomes (XX) while those who are biologically male have one X and one Y chromosome (XY).

She would likely say - yes.
Then ask “on what basis do you know that you are a woman?”

And it’s those rare cases that can cause issues.
For example, what do you do with someone born with Swyer syndrome who looks like a female and has external female genitalia but has XY chromosomes. Should the courts force such a person to be raised as a male and be drafted into the military for Vietnam ?
Some Swyer woman can become pregnant with donated eggs.
btw, some of the Swyer people have no clue that they have a Y chromesome...maybe not as much these days but certainly in the past.

If she does not know want a woman is then surely she does not know what a child is.
So Jackson lied under oath to Senator Blackburn's question, and neither the Demonicrats (to absolutely no surprise), nor the Republicans (to not much more surprise) didn't call her on it. And the enemedia are doing nothing but covering for her by attacking Senator Blackburn.
Senator Blackburn has even been threatened with death by Metro Nashville Public School Board member Sharon Gentry, who wants to kill Blackburn by setting her on fire. Don't expect the DOInJ/FIB to investigate or the Nashville School Board to removed Gentry (she's got her race card to protect her.).
There is also androgen insensitivity syndrome (aka testicular feminization syndrome) where XY individuals have undescended testicles but otherwise appear female. I had read a rumor that Jamie Lee Curtis has this.

I am overproducing sex steroids and have had to be asked some questions by some Doctors that they are not comfortable asking me about my female body parts. Still have no clue what the heck is wrong with me but thankfully I am not in the XY chromosome category.
I think many people here just don’t understand how it is not just a matter of XX or XY chromosomes in determining sex.
Unfortunately, many parents assign the gender for an intersex child and authorize the operations but later in life that might not suit the child.
This is different than Chastity Bono deciding she wants to be a man.
