And on the prescription drug commercial, the white people are the actors with the ailments, and the black people play the medical people that will rescue and heal them.

That's happening at every Financial Services firm right now, including the large multi-national bank I work for.
It's disgusting.
We can't even get a resume past H.R. for a single qualified candidate, whether male or female at this point. All we see are black female candidates. So guess what? My area doesn't hire. Work doesn't get done. When we're asked why we're so backlogged we simply respond that H.R. doesn't forward us QUALIFIED candidates, period.
That's all we say.

Yes, Latinos are around 25-30%. I always thought blacks were 13-17%. Unless you’re in the deep south, where in some locations it’s 60%.

I see the positives in some of the black commercials, except the dancing and jiving Negroes. It would absolutely enflame me if I was black, so that is all they are known for? Absolutely racist in every sense of the word.

But that’s as far as I can find, any reference of color among the displayed staff has either been acided or he isn’t saying. But if his staff, since color counts, is higher than 14% black, the number is misrepresented as excessive to the representation of the census.

Senator Strom Thurmond was one of the first to have blacks working in his senate office, liberals hate that. Even Ted Kennedy was slow to do that.
