Excellent article which makes sense of what has been occurring over the past 2 decades.
Article doesn’t cover the sudden and very strange accusations against GOP head of the Senate Intelligence Committee Richard Burr, for insider trading in early 2020, which led to his ouster as head of the committee and replacement as chair by Marco Rubio, on May 15, 2020, who is mentioned in the article. Was the Deep State, and McConnell, concerned Burr would go rogue and therefore shut him down. Burr was “exonerated” of the insider trading allegations in January 2021. He then was one of 7 GOP Senators who voted to convict Trump in the Senate. Was this vote part of a deal? The Burr vote to convict Trump certainly wasn’t reflective of the will of the people of North Carolina who voted for Trump’s reelection. Could this vote have been forced to ensure Burr could not change his mind (he had declared he would not run for reelection) and run for reelection in 2022? After voting to convict Trump there is no way conservative Republicans in NC would vote to reelected him to the Senate. His political career in NC was dead when that vote was cast.
The insider trading allegations against Burr seemed strange from the beginning. We know almost everyone in Congress is involved in insider trading, that’s one way they become multi millionaires on the salaries of “public servants”. Diane Feinstein, Nancy Pelosi and others have made millions on insider deals executed through their spouses. As chairman of the Senate intelligence committee Richard Burr was an extremely powerful long serving politician yet he was suddenly removed and replaced by Marco Rubio in a matter of weeks with allegations of activity most of his peers are involved in. Something happened here causing an urgent need by power players to get him out of the position and have him replaced by Rubio. This is particularly remarkable because Burr was an anti-Trump RINO and appeared to be a close friend of the minority lead on the committee Mark Warner. In fact Burr was often accused of acquiescing to Warner so frequently there was speculation Warner was actually running the committee through Burr.

One thing this article convinced me of was about Bush and the Patriot Act. From the very beginning here on FR many realized how bad an idea it was. History has revealed that was correct.
At first I did not think Bush intentionally left the path open. But after he actions against President Trump and the MAGA movement, it became clear he is a party to the attempt to overthrow our government for the Davos Crowd. Along with the rest of the RINO’s.

Yes, the delegates to the Constitutional Convention (Con-Con) gave the feds an Article I, Section 8 “blank check” to deal with foreign or domestically promoted violence intended to attack the authority of the United States imo.
"Article I, Section 8, Clause 15 (1.8.15): To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;"
On the other hand, consider that some of the delegates to the Con-Con thought that establishing a federal government was not a good idea, corrections welcome.
These skeptical delegates feared that an aggressive federal government might invent excuses, “domestic terrorists” as used in the title of this thread arguably synonymous with "domestic violence" used in the Constitution, as an excuse to stick its big nose into the affairs of the sovereign states.
So in addition to 1.8.15, the delegates to the Con-Con also addressed possibly unwanted federal presence in a state dealing with domestic violence with a separate express protection for the states.
More specifically, the feds cannot use 1.8.15 to justify suppressing civil unrest in a state imo. Instead, the feds must first wait for a formal request for assistance from a state government that decides that it needs help to suppress domestic violence before the feds can constitutionally get involved in such violence imo.
"Article IV, Section 4 (4.4): The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence [emphasis added]."
Here's what Justice Joseph Story said about the domestic violence part of 4.4.
”§ 1819. It may not be amiss further to observe, (in the language of another commentator,) that every pretext for intermeddling with the domestic concerns of any state, under colour of protecting it against domestic violence, is taken away by that part of the provision, which renders an application from the legislature, or executive authority of the state endangered necessary to be made to the general government, before its interference can be at all proper [emphasis added]. On the other hand, this article becomes an immense acquisition of strength, and additional force to the aid of any state government, in case of an internal rebellion, or insurrection against its authority. The southern states, being more peculiarly open to danger from this quarter, ought (he adds) to be particularly tenacious of a constitution, from which they may derive such assistance in the most critical periods.” —Joseph Story, Commentaries on the Constitution, Article 4, Section 4.

Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.
Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.
Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.

I believe that the CIA is the original instigator of the shenanigans in question and still are coordinating all the events we see happening today.
I remember then Governor of Minnesota Jim Janos AKA Jesse Ventura talking about after he won his election he was contacted by the CIA who flew him to Virginia and had him appear before a panel where they asked him how he won.
Jesse being an attention whore loved explaining his winning strategy with them and never thought to question their motives.

They’re not really terrorists. The desperate just doesn’t agree with them so they CALL them terrorists. They know they hold the offices and will use them against anyone they dislike up to and including full gear raids.This will continues until WE THE PEOPLE do something about it. Not Trump. Not judges. Not politicians. US. Period.
