I don’t see OSHA in the Constitution
Not that matters anymore….
OSHA isn’t an authority to issue medical demands.
Liberals think if they cannot do something then they twist things until they think they have found legal justifications.
SAFETY FIRST!
common sense last
Maybe 50% Chicago police are gonna walk off at midnight.
bttt
OSHA has no standing.
What’s a Constitution?
/s
This kind of reminds me of the publicly elected Soviet 17th Congress of 1934:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/17th_Congress_of_the_All-Union_Communist_Party_(Bolsheviks)
Stalin was not happy with the way they voted.
So—first he abolished the Congress.
Then the real fun started:
“of the 139 members and candidates of the Central Committee who were elected at the 17th Congress, 98 persons, i.e., 70 per cent, were arrested and shot (mostly in 1937-1938)”
If there is no rule of law, then all that is left is the rule of men.
Totally illegal rulemaking.
The President cannot “ORDER” or “dictate” to a department to make a rule. That would be a “dictatorship”.
This is called The Hereos Act. Laughable.
It ain’t a stinking law!!!
Am I missing something? I know I’m kind of dense sometimes, but what I’m getting from the article is that OSHA presented a PROPOSED rule. A proposal is not a rule, and a so-called “rule” is not a law.
By the time this bureaucracy of Mop & Cone Police get their policies and procedures in place, Covid will be a thing of the past and Biden will have long since be deceased.
Natural born citizen is in the Constitution and when ALL of our elected and appointed decided it didn’t matter anymore is when we lost the Constitution.
No one born with more than ONE nationality is NATURALLY an American.
It’s still very big news, to get any information on this subject at all, since it will affect most everyone working for a large company.
Even if the proposal isn’t finalized yet.
Still not legal.
I’m pretty sure that OSHA has only submitted the mandate for public comments.
Why are you restating what is in the first sentence of the article? Did you have a comment?
I stand corrected, the mandate is just a draft that OSHA submitted to the OMB which has 90 days to review it or send it back for revision.
THERE STILL IS NO MANDATE!
