Absent context, this is meaningless. For example, if it is happening within the restricted area at a polling location, the cop is right. But we don't know because there is absolutely zero context provided.
Honestly, this kind of thing aggravates the hell out of me. I think us conservatives are right. So why the hell do we so frequently resort to crappy arguments and misleading posts to try to prove our points?? All that does is discredit us.
The facts and truth are on our side. There's no reason to manufacture crap just to make us look "more right".

He did not get threatened for wearing a MAGA hat - was threatened with arrest for wearing clothes that advertise a candidate when trying to enter a polling place - which is, and should be, illegal.

As long as the rules at polling places are consistently enforced without bias.
The MAGA hat has no official candidate name or party on it. Would the cop enforce the law against a "Yes we can!" hat? A pink pussy hat?
