I would have said “GAME ON! DO IT! I DARE you to.”

He would have been arrested and convicted by a dhimmicrat judge, perhaps sentenced to an indefinite term in a FEMA camp, as all ‘Trumpists’ SHOULD be!

(Yes, THIS IS SARCASM, but close to what MANY mindless dhimmicrats, and certain pols of ALL stripes, around the world, think!)

Unless the officer actually arrested the guy for hat-wearing, the officer could always later say, "Oops, I misspoke, sorry." Instead, the MAGA guy should have told the officer, "This is America, not North Korea, so you can't arrest me for hat-wearing. Have a great day, officer!"

And what would you have done if the cop would have slapped leather?

Are you quick on the draw?

Several years ago I walked out of a 7-11 saw my truck door open with a cop bent over in it looking under the seats. I walked up behind him and asked him WTF do you think you’re doing. Well it was on from that point, he kept telling me he was going to arrest me, I kept saying do it. the argument escalated to the point where he called for backup. The situation changed dramatically once the other cop explained the law to him. I still regret I didn’t file a police report the next day saying I was missing something out of my truck.
