The latest black eye for Nike comes from Vanessa Bryant who is pushing back on the giant company for releasing “unauthorized” shoes honoring her late daughter Gianna.
Gianna, “Gigi” and Kobe Bryant were killed in a helicopter accident this year in January. The grieving mother designed black and white shoes honoring Gigi and benefittingd their charity Mamba and Mamabacita Sports Foundation.
However, Vanessa did not renew the family’s contract with Nike. But, the athletic apparel company went ahead and manufactured the shoes for sale anyhow and marketing has begun.

According to the article all the proceeds were supposed to go to her daughter’s sports fountain.
But it seems the contract with Nike expired and NO shoes were ever supposed to MADE or SOLD. But Nike did it anyway.
Nike is greedy slave labor exploiters. So no surprise they exploit the dead. They’re cheaper than slaves and you don’t need to provide toilets.

Last I checked this thread had nothing to do with Kobe Bryant, but with shoes meant to raise fund for a charity, headed up by Vanessa Bryant.
