TULARE, CALIFORNIA: Wyoming Republican Senator and Liz Cheney's GOP challenger Anthony Bouchard revealed on May 21 that he impregnated a 14-year-old girl when he was 18. During the Facebook Live on Friday, Bouchard admitted to getting her pregnant as a teenager and later marrying her. The girl happened to be Bouchard's first wife Frances Lynn Webb with whom he had a son, Tony Bouchard.
Tony Bouchard, now 36, is presently behind bars at Bob Wiley Detention Facility in Tulare County, California, for alleged sex crimes, including sodomy against a 51-year-old woman. After his mother died by suicide at the age of 20, Tony was brought up by his father.

It’s difficult enough to overcome hit pieces with nary an ounce of truth behind them. It’s impossible to overcome such sordid stories that are true, albeit long ago. It’s not like Republicans have the same media slobber privileges as the Dems. It’s the way it is, like it or not. There will be enough upstream swimming if the candidate is pretty decent.

I totally agree. Wyoming may not have a large population but it is large enough to find a candidate with fewer potential vulnerabilities. Hit piece? Yeah, that’s politics. But it is far better for potentially negative stories to come out now than a year from now. BTW, it was only yesterday that we read about the wife. Today it is the son. Is there anything more to come out? In any event, time to move on.

Last I heard, there were seven other candidates. I can't believe that he was the best.
Some people fall into the Roy Moore trap of thinking that the worse a candidate is attacked, the more worthy he is of support, a mistake when there are others in the primary who may be stronger and better candidates.
I can understand his lapse of judgement as a teen, but to walk away from the consequences and think that he could run for higher office makes me question his judgement as an adult.
I think I’m in the minority here, but I want a candidate with good policies.
If he has skeletons in the closet — and those skeletons are well out of the closet and known to everyone, then I think maybe they can’t “get to him” and “turn him” by holding secret stuff over his head.
A flawed personality? I used to care about that a lot more. Because, you know, character matters.
My new reality is that the media will make stuff up about even perfect people. This guy doesn’t seem perfect. The media doesn’t seem to need to make stuff up. But in the end, maybe it’s all the same thing anyway.
Are his policies good? That’s really the only thing that matters to me.
Let’s define good policies.
Build the wall, drain the swamp, America first in all things, pro life and pro guns.
Cheney doesn’t sign on to that. So she must be removed.
You select the candidate most likely to remove her. Are there going to be 5 guys who embrace those policies above, and he just happens to be one of them?
Yes. Probably. So why select him, with a history Cheney could use? Why not policy equivalence and a superior personal history?
I’ll bet you are as happy as a clam when that 18 year old “BOY” shows up at your door to take your 14 year old daughter out for “a date”.

It’s disturbing how many people on this site believe every unfounded accusation by the leftist fake media. No wonder conservatives ALWAYS lose. We ALWAYS allow the fake media to control the narrative.
You’ll forgive me if I don’t care if the story is accurate. Hunter Biden’s escapades didn’t hurt Pedo Joe one bit, so why should these unfounded accusations hurt Bouchard?
I certainly don’t have my heart set on this guy. I’m not familiar with the situation in WY.
What I’m saying is that if there are 5 people trying to replace Cheney and, of the 5, this guy is the ONLY one with the policies that you listed, then I would support this guy over the others.
But if there is some other guy with these policies who seems to have “less history” then I would support that other guy.
As for the comparison between this guy's son and Hunter Biden, yes they're accurate. Hunter is a dirtbag of the first degree and something that gets swept under the rug is that the daughter, Ashley, is a druggie also. Both Biden's living children are dopeheads, that says something about the family and should have kept Biden from office. However, we all know democrats and republicans are held to different standards with regards to things like this and while Biden was given a pass over Hunter's antics Bouchard will get crucified because of his son's.
Find another candidate.
