Reports are that the new judge in the Democrats’ latest attempt to prevent the Senate’s audit of the 2020 results was assigned by former Democrat Governor Janet Napolitano. New hearing scheduled for tomorrow.
The new judge in the Democrats Maricopa County case where they are again trying to stop any audit by the Senate of the County’s 2020 election results was appointed by Janet Napolitano, the former governor and Obama’s Secretary of Homeland Security:

Unless the clerk/new lawyer advised the judge on matters related to this case ( which I seriously doubt), this is not grounds for recusal.

Which is why now I believe the only answer is to let the Rats “own it all” for a period, that’s the only way Resistance can truly build. All the GOP does is provide them with cover.
We have no chance of winning until we field a new team that is dedicated to winning.
If this rotten putrid judge stops it, case should be expedited up.
Who has faith that the AZ Supremes would rule in our favor? I am not so sure.
BTW all the “it’s hopeless” comments forget that Trump is large and in charge, will be back, and there are plenty of Repub fighters. History doesn’t mean the present or the future will be the same as it was.
If we keep being surprised by events we need a new paradigm. We need a new outlook that takes into account that the folks on our side are the washington generals playing against the globetrotters.
Republican weakness and appeasement is one of the most predictable things on earth. Shorting the GOP is always a good bet.

As I posted below, this is not grounds for recusal - at least in CA.
