Unless the clerk/new lawyer advised the judge on matters related to this case ( which I seriously doubt), this is not grounds for recusal.

This is raw politics. I can’t stand the Dems but admire how they play to win. “Our side” never does that. Nobody fights for us.

This is something we have to learn from the dems. We have been way to naive.
