Was this officer part of the Capitol Police force?
Well, the secrecy surrounding the case would suggest that yes perhaps he was, but weâre only speculating.
Everything is a mystery when it comes to the Capitol Police because they operate under a totally different set of rules.
Thanks to their buddies in Congress, the U.S. Capitol Police do not follow the same public reporting or transparency protocols that most other major police forces do.
For example, if someone is shot outside the Capitol by a DC police officer, the department is required by law to release the names of the officers involved in the shooting.
The Capitol Police force is not required to release the names of officers involved in any shooting, and most-often times they choose to withhold that information from the public.
Not to mention, Capitol Police are also under no obligation to respond to FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests.

The “deep state” can’t stand thousands of local police, under local control being out of their control - thus the constant, manufactured media and political struggle sessions against them.
You will notice that absolutely no one is protesting, calling for investigations or demanding defunding of the dozens of Federal law enforcement agencies. Their names are never released, rent-a-mobs never show up at their homes, the media never whines about their behavior.

If it’s true and they don’t follow the same rules then they will never tell his name or admit that it’s who people are saying. There was a thread that said it was a black officer and they tracked him from a bracelet he wore. Showed pictures of him getting a award from Trump, but his social media showed he didn’t like Trump or his supporters.

So where the hell is the pushback and resistance on the part of the GOPee members in the House and the Senate to stop all of these outrages against patriotic Americans? That’s right, the feckless, spineless, gutless GOPee voted for The Big Steal on January 6th, agree that the Capitol protests were an “insurrection” and are actively involved in the collapse of the now-defunct former USA. They were going to get away with it. Pelosi could have shot the girl herself. This whole thing was planned and the cops let people in and were being egged on by antifa and blm.
We know that members of antifa were escorted in by capitol police. We have seen the pics. We have seen the interview on CNN.
Babbitt was shot through the window of a locked and barricaded door. The arm holding the gun was suited, not in a uniform. She was not climbing through it, as Tucker Carlson says. We have seen that video too.
The objections to the electoral count were immediately halted and not allowed to continue after the “riot”. I believe THIS was the purpose of the incident.
So, the questions remain: who benefitted from ceasing the objections? Who, in DC, has the total lack of ethics, decency and honor to pay for this? Planned it? Saw it accomplished?
Will we see ANY investigation? No. Justice for me, but not for thee.
