Skoglund and his team developed a tool that scoured the internet to see if the central computers that program voting machines and run the entire election process at the precinct level were online. Once they had identified such systems, they contacted the relevant election officials and also provided the information to reporter Kim Zetter, who published the findings in Viceâs Motherboard in August.
The three largest voting manufacturing companies â Election Systems &Software, Dominion Voting Systems and Hart InterCivic â have acknowledged they all put modems in some of their tabulators and scanners. The reason? So that unofficial election results can more quickly be relayed to the public. Those modems connect to cell phone networks, which, in turn, are connected to the internet.

Should have kept those huge mechanical voting booths with the curtains on them. Anything more complex than a simple scantron machine is just an opening for fraud.
It is bound to all come out eventually. Dem’s just want to pass laws before the scandal hits.
Biden’s big push since he’s been in office is to pay off his supporters.

One of the states that used a vendor with a modem was Florida. Watch for Florida to be accused of having cheated in favor of Trump. So-called journalists are very interested in investigations when there is even a tiny chance a conservative could be made to look bad.
