They could have stated if it was suspected to be more or less than the original count of eleven.

One of the states that used a vendor with a modem was Florida. Watch for Florida to be accused of having cheated in favor of Trump. So-called journalists are very interested in investigations when there is even a tiny chance a conservative could be made to look bad.
